At Amsterdam Science Park (ASP) a lot of interesting scientific research is done with strong societal impact. Next to science, there are several interesting and innovative businesses located at ASP. The scientists and innovative entrepreneurs at ASP would like to present their research and projects to a broader audience.

The project consists of:

  • looking for cooperation with well-known debate institutes in Amsterdam (Pakhuis de Zwijger, Spui25, Universiteit van Nederland etc.). 
  • setting up a collective program of lectures and events located at ASP and Amsterdam: thinking of interesting themes for a broad audience, selecting interesting speakers from ASP and elsewhere, selecting locations at ASP and Amsterdam for these lectures.
  • developing a business model that makes these lectures profitable/affordable.
  • organizing PR and promotion for these lectures.



  • Interest in science communication. Taking initiative, organizational skills, social skills, entrepreneurial skills,
  • available 16 hours a week (two working days).
  • Dutch/English speaking
  • No specific background needed.
